adam&eveNYC and DDB New York are merging to become adam&eveDDB in New York.

Newly hired CEO, Caroline Winterton, will head up the agency alongside Global Chief Creative Officer, Richard Brim, who is set to lead the creative department in the interim whilst they search for a New York-based Chief Creative Officer.
