A Campaign Film for the Valuable 500 initiative to promote its accountability summit for disability inclusion, Sync25.

The film takes inspiration from a murmuration, where groups of birds, notably starlings, move and change direction together. It shows a group of swimmers with and without disability, all collaborating to form a synchronised display.
